4.3 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with 1poker support is considered a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If a chargeback is deemed fraudulent or unjustified, your account will be permanently closed, and you may be liable for the disputed amount plus any administrative fees, legal costs, or damages incurred by 1poker.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
